ASSIS is innovating in the area of distribution and delivery of the donation, by providing a means of efficient and secure payment for the elderly to be able to buy their medicines independently, by loading prepaid debit cards to give to the needy elderly. These payment cards can only be used in pharmacies, and are loaded periodically by the distribution of the received donations from citizens and businesses.
